What are the delivery times?
As some of our shop items are very popular, please note that delivery times may be slightly longer.
The processing time for your order can range from 24 to 48 hours, the design of the products and the delivery of your package generally takes us between 6 and 18 working days . We work hard to ensure that these deadlines are as short as possible.
My Leopard is not responsible for packages that go missing after they have been officially registered by the carrier. Once your package has been declared delivered, we are no longer responsible. No refunds will be issued in this case.
I haven't received all my items, is this normal?
You may receive multiple packages for the same order. We have multiple warehouses to optimize our storage methods, and shipments may be several days apart.

Can I change my order?

Can I return my item if it doesn't suit me?
If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear.
For any return request, please send an email to the following address: info@my-leopard.com, detailing your order number and the products you wish to return.
Can I exchange my item for another or a different size?
Exchanging your product for another item or changing the size is possible . You have 14 days to notify us of your wish to exchange.

REFUNDS
How long does a refund take?
Refunds take approximately 6 days for orders placed by credit card. Refunds are issued almost instantly for orders placed with PayPal.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are made upon receipt of the returned item .
If an item appears to have been worn or washed, we will not be able to issue a refund and will return the item to you.
I haven't received my payment. What should I do?
If you still have not received your refund after 41 days, then please contact us with your order information.
