Return or Exchange a My Leopard Item
If you are not happy with an item you received or it is the wrong size, please follow the steps below to return it to us. 👇
✔️ Step 1: Contact us by email: or directly via our contact form !
In this email, please indicate:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you wish to return
- If you wish to change size or model
- If you would like an exchange, a refund or a credit note
✔️ Step 2: Make sure you meet the following conditions:
- Please make your return within 14 days of receiving your package.
- The item must never have been worn, washed or ironed
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Underwear is neither refundable nor exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
✔️ Step 3: You will have the choice between a return to our headquarters in , all at your expense or a coupon allowing you to keep your old order and place a new one. We would like to point out that depending on the amount of the order, it may be more advantageous to place a new order with the coupon that will be assigned to you. If you choose the return, please include in your package a sheet of paper indicating:
- Your order number (eg: #ML1844)
- The name of the returned item
- If you would like an exchange, a refund or a credit note
✔️ Step 4: We will process your request upon receipt of the item.
In case of exchange, you will receive an email with a new order number.
In case of refund, you need to allow 4 to 7 working days to receive a refund (you will receive a confirmation email).
If, after receiving the item, it is returned without a label, without its original packaging, worn or washed, we reserve the right not to accept the refund and to return it to the sender.
